Flat drawings are essential, but not everyone reads them easily. Because McCain Designs develops the model in-house, the visualization stays connected to the floor plan, exterior direction, materials, and revisions instead of becoming a disconnected marketing image.

Our 3D work is produced in-house as part of the design process—not handed to a disconnected rendering vendor after the decisions are made.

Because the plan, exterior, materials, and model stay connected, a walkthrough can do more than create a polished image. It can reveal circulation problems, awkward sightlines, scale issues, roof and massing conflicts, furniture constraints, and questions that are less expensive to resolve before construction.

Visualization can also support an existing plan when a homeowner, builder, developer, realtor, or investor needs clearer presentation material.
