The brief

Fit three customer experiences into one workable building.

The client needed a complete layout that could move quickly without losing the operational details that make a multi-concept business work.

McCain Designs developed the overall commercial design alongside the fast food teams. Blimpie used a separate designer for its restaurant portion; that work had to connect with the larger convenience store plan. Customer circulation, seating, food-service areas, retail aisles, cooler access, office, storage, and back-of-house functions were considered together.
