Food Giant Office + Retail Expansion
One connected design brings together a new professional office, five lease-ready storefronts, and the visuals needed to help people understand the opportunity before construction.
The design challenge
Add new opportunity without losing what already works.
The existing Food Giant building remains in place. The new construction attaches directly to its right side, turns to form an L, and creates a new commercial edge around the parking area.
The project combines a purpose-built office environment with five repeatable lease spaces. Exterior studies clarified how the addition connects to the existing store, while interior visualizations helped define the office experience and demonstrate how flexible the retail suites can be for future tenants.
Exterior + site
A connected addition with its own identity.
The brick storefronts, stepped parapets, black awnings, glazing, landscaping, and parking were studied together so the addition reads clearly from every approach.

From plan to experience
Every room supports the way the business works.
The office was developed beyond a floor plan. Reception, private and shared work areas, meetings, and staff amenities were visualized as one coordinated workplace.
Office interiors
A professional headquarters, made visible.
Furnished views help the client evaluate scale, atmosphere, circulation, and day-to-day function while changes are still easy to make.

Leasing visualization
One suite. Many possible businesses.
Instead of asking prospects to imagine an empty shell, the same lease space can be shown as multiple believable retail concepts—making size, layout, and potential easier to understand.

Commercial design + marketing value
Design the building. Explain the vision. Help the space earn attention.
This project shows how coordinated plans and realistic visualization can support design decisions, stakeholder conversations, contractor coordination, and tenant marketing from the same clear idea.
